SHIPPING POLICY
Warranties:
This product comes with a 3 Months warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites and borer issues.
For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame, padding and mechanisms, if any.
This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use

Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents

Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer

Cracks developed due to displacement of the product

Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight

Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water

Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty

Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals
As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.

Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery and experience.

In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.

Your product(s) will be held for 5 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, CRAFT DECOR store shall be free to charge or cancel the order.
- Delivery time mentioned on product page is estimated and in some cases delivery may be delayed because of high volume of orders during festive season or due to unforeseen circumstances. CRAFT DECOR store will not be responsible for such delays. Our team will provide updates in such cases.

- Covered in top-grain, hand-finished leather.
- Leather is a natural product. Variation in color and texture are inherent to each hide; no two pieces are exactly alike.
- Kiln-dried pine and engineered hardwood frame with reinforced joinery.
- High-gauge sinuous spring seat support and webbed back support.
- Semi-attached seat cushion with foam padding for maximum comfort.
- Seat firmness: Medium. On a scale from 1 to 5 (5 being firmest), it's a 4.
- Plastic shadowline support legs with a Chocolate-stained finish.
- Recliner power button and USB port on inside of right arm.
- Reclines to variable positions via power button.
- Plug-in; two-pronged power cord located on right-arm side.
- Cord length can be extended by removing ties underneath.
- Legs can be removed.

4. We Would Be Happy to Welcome Our Clients and Invite Them to Check Out The Product Quality at Our Factory. If a visit is not possible, we will send you the final product images so you can confirm.
5. Once you have confirmed, we will ship the furniture from our factory. A group of professionals will look after the furniture during installation and transportation
Return Policy
How do I Cancel an item purchased on CRAFT DECOR?
- Cancellation in Case of Damage: In case if you received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of CRAFT DECOR team by reporting a return request on WHATS APP 9557383067.
Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of CRAFT DECOR, the product is broken, it may replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by CRAFT DECOR, to address the issue. - For more details, please get in touch with us on our customer care number or write to us at craftdecor4@gmail.com
- Products purchased on discount or during sale can not be cancelled.
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of the order date and only if the order is not shipped. Refund will be issued in bank account .
Return & Refund:
If you are eligible for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:
- All refunds process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from your/customer's premises.
- Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days.
- Refund will be initiated to Bank by which payment done.
- Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.
- Refunds for refused delivery orders by customer will be issued after deducting 20% restocking fee.
- Orders placed during sale or with discount can't be returned, they can be covered only under replacement policy in case of damages or defects
- As an exception if refund is issued in bank account 5% payment gateway charges will be deducted.
Warranties:

- Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process
- Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product
- Cracks during the random displacement
- Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood
- With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.
- As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is not a warranty.
- There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.
Delivery:
Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free delivery.
Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)
Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 5 days, after this time line, CRAFT DECOR shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer.
