CANCELLATION POLICY
How do I Cancel an item purchased on CRAFT DECOR?
- Cancellation in Case of Damage: In case if you received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of CRAFT DECOR team by reporting a return request on WHATS APP 9557383067.
Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of CRAFT DECOR, the product is broken, it may replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by CRAFT DECOR, to address the issue. - For more details, please get in touch with us on our customer care number or write to us at craftdecor4@gmail.com
- Products purchased on discount or during sale can not be cancelled.
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of the order date and only if the order is not shipped. Refund will be issued in bank account .
Return & Refund:
If you are eligible for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:
- All refunds process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from your/customer's premises.
- Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days.
- Refund will be initiated to Bank by which payment done.
- Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.
- Refunds for refused delivery orders by customer will be issued after deducting 20% restocking fee.
- Orders placed during sale or with discount can't be returned, they can be covered only under replacement policy in case of damages or defects
- As an exception if refund is issued in bank account 5% payment gateway charges will be deducted.
