Warranties:
This product comes with a 3 Months warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites and borer issues.
For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame, padding and mechanisms, if any.
This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use

Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents

Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer

Cracks developed due to displacement of the product

Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight

Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water

Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty

Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals
As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.

In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.

Your product(s) will be held for 5 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, CRAFT DECOR store shall be free to charge or cancel the order.
- Delivery time mentioned on product page is estimated and in some cases delivery may be delayed because of high volume of orders during festive season or due to unforeseen circumstances. CRAFT DECOR store will not be responsible for such delays. Our team will provide updates in such cases.

The Bestar Pur 65W Queen Murphy Bed is the ideal space saver for a multipurpose room. Easily transform your home gym or office into a guest room. The mattress support uses flexible slats that follow the curves of the body and absorb pressure for maximum comfort. The Queen Murphy bed can be used every night, and it folds up and down smoothly and quickly thanks to the dual piston system. Choose your own mattress since the bed accommodates most standard Queen mattresses (8-12 inches thick, 60-90 lb, 60 x 80 inches) and supports up to 1000 lb (including mattress). The open bed extends 92 inches from the wall. Allow a clearance of 30-36 inches around the open bed. The dual-mount wall bed mechanism attaches to the floor and wall for ease of assembly and maximum stability and durability. To avoid risk of injury, the Murphy bed must be installed to wall and floor structure by a professional or qualified person. Two people are required for assembly. Installation requires attachment to wood studs or masonry, removal of the baseboard, and drilling into the floor (if disassembly is required, holes may be covered with baseboards 0.5 inches or thicker). All necessary hardware is included. The cabinet must be anchored to a wall with a minimum ceiling height of 91.1 inches. Do not use this product for children or pets under 50 pounds (22.7 kg). The Murphy Bed is backed by the Bestar 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Return Policy
How do I Cancel an item purchased on CRAFT DECOR?
- Cancellation in Case of Damage: In case if you received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of CRAFT DECOR team by reporting a return request on WHATS APP 9557383067.
Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. - Products purchased on discount or during sale can not be cancelled.
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of the order date and only if the order is not shipped. Refund will be issued in bank account .
Return & Refund:
If you are eligible for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:
- All refunds process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from your/customer's premises.
- Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days.
- Refund will be initiated to Bank by which payment done.
- Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.
- Refunds for refused delivery orders by customer will be issued after deducting 20% restocking fee.
- Orders placed during sale or with discount can't be returned, they can be covered only under replacement policy in case of damages or defects
- As an exception if refund is issued in bank account 5% payment gateway charges will be deducted.
Warranties:

- This limited warranty does not apply to:
- Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process
- Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product
- Cracks during the random displacement
- Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood
- With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.
- As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is not a warranty.
- There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.
Delivery:
Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free delivery.
Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)
Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 5 days, after this time line, CRAFT DECOR shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer.
